Installation & Use Disclaimer

Lumora Africa supplies products and consulting services but does not guarantee installation unless explicitly agreed in writing. All electrical and security installations done by Lumora Africa are carried out by qualified professionals. Lumora Africa will not be held liable for damages or losses resulting from improper installation or misuse of products.

 

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received by Lumora Africa.

  • We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), card payments, and other approved payment methods available at checkout.

  • Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Lumora Africa reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or any unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, where payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

  • Each payment service provider has its own terms and conditions. By selecting a payment method at checkout, you agree to and accept the terms and conditions of the respective payment service provider.

  • The payment service provider is responsible for the security of the payment method selected and for the protection of any personal or financial information submitted during the payment process. Lumora Africa shall not be held liable for any issues arising from the payment provider’s systems or processes.

  • Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

  • Customers must ensure accurate delivery details.

  • Lumora Africa is not liable for delays caused by couriers.

 

6. Warranty

  • Warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, or wear and tear.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Loss due to improper installation or usage

  • Delays beyond our control
